These sales conditions apply to all sales through pangeamontessori.com aimed at consumers and, together with your order confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the total contractual basis for the purchase.

Consumer purchases are regulated by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. Please read more about these regulations at www.lovdata.no. Any requirements for writing in the terms of sale are considered to be fulfilled by using e-mail, text message (SMS) or letter.

1. Parties

Seller, identified as Lærelyst AS, known as Pangea Montessori, registered in the Brønnøysund register with org. no.: NO 931 908 057, telephone: 930 30 227, e-mail: post@pangeamontessori.com, referred to in the following as " we" or "us".

Buyer refers to the person named as the buyer in the order, referred to as "you", "you", "your", or "yours".

2. Order and agreement process

Your order is considered binding upon registration on our server. You yourself are responsible for reviewing and confirming the order before payment. We are bound by your order as long as it matches our offer. The right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act is maintained, see section 11.

When your order is received, we will confirm the order and send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided. Please review the order confirmation carefully and check that it matches your order.

Any discrepancies between the order and order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline.

3. Information in the online store

We strive to provide accurate information about our products, but reserve the right for possible errors, including image/typing/printing errors and incorrect pricing.

We reserve the right to cancel or change parts of your order if a product is out of stock or the price is incorrect. In the event of sold-out situations, you will be notified, with information about available alternatives. You can accept the new offer with changes or cancel the order.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT. The total cost, including postage, shipping, packaging and environmental tax, is shown before payment.

5. Payment

You can choose to pay with Vipps or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). To shop at Pangea Montessori you must be over 18 years of age.

Vipps is Pangea Montessori's partner for card payments. The purchase price is reserved when ordering and is only charged when it is dispatched from the warehouse.

In the case of partial deliveries, only the part sent is charged.

6. Delivery and delay

Pangea Montessori only delivers to addresses in Norway. Delivery takes place as indicated on the order confirmation. The risk is transferred to you upon receipt.

In the event of a delay, you will be informed of the reason and expected delivery time. In the event of longer delays, you can withhold payment or terminate the agreement.

7. Unclaimed package

Unclaimed packages are charged a fee to cover shipping and transport costs. Returned unclaimed packages incur a fee of NOK 400, including VAT.

8. Examination of products

Check whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation, whether the products are damaged or faulty/missing within a reasonable time after receipt. This also applies if the goods are sent to another recipient.

9. Complaint

In the event of errors or omissions, you can demand rectification, redelivery, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. Notification of errors can be given verbally, but must be confirmed in writing within a reasonable time. The complaint deadline is two years after receipt.

10. Warranty

Our guarantees do not affect the complaint deadline according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

11. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return costs are covered by you.

In the case of a full return, the entire amount excluding shipping costs is refunded. In case of a partial return, the product price is refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return. In the case of card payment, the refund will be made to the same card, otherwise to the specified account number.

12. Personal data

We only process personal data necessary to fulfill our obligations. Any processing for other purposes requires your consent.

We do not disclose personal information unless necessary to complete the purchase or required by law.

13. Disputes

Disputes must be resolved amicably. In the event of unsuccessful settlement negotiations, the case can be brought before the Consumer Council near the buyer's place of residence. Disputes are settled according to Norwegian law, with venue in the court nearest to the buyer's place of residence.
